The 41 mm watch made of the exclusive, highly resistant and light-reflecting metal Lucent Steel A223 is equipped with the manufacture caliber 01.01-C; a COSC-certified chronometer, with a 60-hour power reserve and flyback function. The structure on the dial is reminiscent of an eagle's iris and the hands of its powerful feathers. The slightly pointed bracelet links resemble the mountain peaks where the alpine eagle is at home. This watch is dedicated to the modern eagles, those ambitious people who excel in their daily lives and who respond to tomorrow's challenges with vision and determination.

My favourite watch is the Blancpain Villeret Quantième Complet. It is actually a men’s model, but I think the watch with 40 mm diameter looks breathtakingly beautiful on a woman, too. The classic complete calendar with Blancpain’s signature moon phase looks stunning with its simple elegance. Each function on the complete calendar can be adjusted individually using the practically invisible under-lug correctors.

Founded in 1735, Blancpain is the oldest watch brand in the world. The Villeret models have barely been aesthetically altered since the early days of Blancpain, yet they still look very contemporary. They have become a timeless classic that is a dependable accessory for generations.

I particularly like this ZENITH Defy Midnight 36 mm for the watch’s combination of features and unique selling points. Firstly, it has an extraordinary colour gradient on the dial, which is highly attractive. You can easily pair the watch with different colourful straps yourself if you find the steel bracelet version too traditional. Try a suitably black strap on one side and a grey one on the other. It is sure to look amazing! Secondly, this model boasts excellent technical credentials thanks to the ZENITH Elite manufacture movement. Overall, it is excellent value for money given what the timepiece offers.
