The HUBLOT Big Bang UNICO King Gold features a 45 mm modular case made of polished and satin-finished 18k King Gold. The polished 18k King Gold bezel is attached with six distinctive H-shaped titanium screws. It encases a skeletonised matte black dial that reveals the unique design of the movement.   The Big Bang UNICO King Gold is powered by a HUB1242 UNICO flyback chronograph movement with automatic winding. This flyback chronograph allows you to press the reset button and restart the movement to measure two consecutive events that occur at short intervals. The watch also has an excellent 72-hour power reserve and includes a skeletonised automatic rotor. The 18k King Gold and titanium folding clasp with black PVD coating adds the finishing touch. The quick-change strap system allows you to swiftly choose a different style from a range options. The watch is also water resistant to 10 bar, so you can be both stylish and sporty.

My favourite watch is the Blancpain Villeret Quantième Complet. It is actually a men’s model, but I think the watch with 40 mm diameter looks breathtakingly beautiful on a woman, too. Each function on the complete calendar can be adjusted individually using the practically invisible under-lug correctors.

Founded in 1735, Blancpain is the oldest watch brand in the world. The Villeret models have barely been aesthetically altered since the early days of Blancpain, yet they still look very contemporary. They have become a timeless classic that is a dependable accessory for generations.

I particularly like this ZENITH Defy Midnight 36 mm for the watch’s combination of features and unique selling points. Firstly, it has an extraordinary colour gradient on the dial, which is highly attractive. You can easily pair the watch with different colourful straps yourself if you find the steel bracelet version too traditional. Try a suitably black strap on one side and a grey one on the other. It is sure to look amazing! Secondly, this model boasts excellent technical credentials thanks to the ZENITH Elite manufacture movement. Overall, it is excellent value for money given what the timepiece offers.
