This Excalibur Skeleton with a diameter of 42mm in blackened titanium guarantees an excellent visibility of the movement, which even has a skeletonized micro-rotor. The movement has been very exclusively refined and the anthracite-coloured surface treatment lends the watch its distinctive aesthetic and optimal legibility. The dauphine hands are also slightly skeletonized and they are polished on one side and satin-finished on the other. The watch has a power reserve of 60 hours. This is a timepiece for lovers of the avant garde of luxury watches, who are looking for something exceptional that can still be used effortlessly.

My favourite watch is the Blancpain Villeret Quantième Complet. It is actually a men’s model, but I think the watch with 40 mm diameter looks breathtakingly beautiful on a woman, too. The classic complete calendar with Blancpain’s signature moon phase looks stunning with its simple elegance. Each function on the complete calendar can be adjusted individually using the practically invisible under-lug correctors.

Founded in 1735, Blancpain is the oldest watch brand in the world. The Villeret models have barely been aesthetically altered since the early days of Blancpain, yet they still look very contemporary. They have become a timeless classic that is a dependable accessory for generations.
